Your mental health isn’t a simple transaction.
What you do in therapy matters, but even more important is WHO you’re doing it with.
The relationship you have with your therapist is the number-one predictor of whether you’ll be successful in therapy.
It makes sense… because you’ll be talking to me about very personal, intimate, and painful things – things you may never have told anyone.
You want to make sure the person you work with can hold that space for you, help you navigate through your journey, and has the tools and expertise to address your unique struggles.
Therapy gives you space…
To tell your story.
To share your struggles.
To explore your aspirations.
When you’re here, my primary focus will be getting to know YOU.
Everyone’s therapy journey is unique.
Some people need to talk a lot about their pain and trauma; others don’t want to talk at all.
Some want to go as fast as they can – like it’s a race; others are very hesitant.
Some have a lot of fight left in them; others are at the end of their rope.
There is no right or wrong way to start or be in therapy… only a desire to change your life – or, at least, the parts that are hurting you.
This is YOUR process.
I’ll meet you where you are.
We’ll get to the finish line at your pace.
This is the adventure of your life… a quest… where you get to be the hero of your own story.
It’s where you’ll get the tools to slay your dragons and free the parts of you that have been wounded, captive, and stuck.
Here, you can take control, feel empowered, and move forward in confidence because you KNOW you’re value.
It’s okay if you’re nervous about starting.
I don’t know how many websites you’ve been to and how many therapists’ profiles you’ve looked at before landing here.
What I do know is that the longer you search, the more confusing it becomes. So I would say… just reach out. That’s the best way for you to find out.
When you call, we will have a nice conversation where you get to tell me what’s going on and what you need. You can ask me the questions that matter to you – no strings attached. You can decide if this is a good fit, or you can decide to move on.

About Me
What sets me apart?
Well, on the surface, I’m soft-spoken and unassuming.
But, like any introvert, there’s a lot more than meets the eye!
My life journey has taken me through traumas and losses, and like many others, I had a hard time finding the help and relief I was looking for.
I eventually got the help I truly needed (because I’m so stubborn!), but I don’t want anyone to be in their pain or feel shackled for a moment longer than they have to.
That’s why I became a therapist.
Specifically, that’s why I chose to train in EMDR, Brainspotting, the Flash Method, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I wanted to offer people things that work, not endless hours of talking about your week with no real plan and no results in sight.
With me, you’ll get someone who gets it – not just from books but from lived experience.
I will be as stubborn for you as I have been for my own healing, and I’ll use my 20+ years of experience, tools, and wicked French humor to help you.
My office is very peaceful.
You can see trees through the window… with occasional squirrels, neighborhood cats, and if you’re lucky, a deer.
Inside, I like to burn incense with woody smells. It’s very relaxing.
Fortunately, my dog doesn’t ruin it. She’s a princess, but she doesn’t act like one!
